Where we ship from
We ship from Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada.

Processing time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge additional shipping to resend it.

Local pickup
Local pickup is available at 1015 Clarke Road, Port Moody, BC. Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.
