Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at heychef@rpdrybrines.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item(s) and packaging
We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
